Sporty Kids will ensure that all items are shipped within 1 working day of your payment clearing. I’m afraid delays can occur in the delivery cycle that are beyond our control but our commitment is that your item will always be posted within 1 day of cleared payment.
We offer FREE Postage & Packaging via our Economy Option which is Royal Mail Second Class.
You can select to have you Items Dispatched 1st Class or via Registered Next Day Guaranteed Delivery subject to an additional charge. The price of these servies will depend on the size and weight of the package.
As an example, First Class Prices Ranges from £2.50 for Items up to 250 grams to £5.00 for packages totalling 2.0 Kilos. Larger weights are charged higher.
Registered Delivery Prices Range from £5.50 for Items up to 250 grams to £8.00 for packages totalling 2.0 Kilos. Larger weights are charged higher.

For our Economy Delivery most items should arrive within 3-5 working days after posting and First Class items should arrive from 1-3 days. However, delivery times should be used as a guide only.
Sporty Kids Clothing deliver Worldwide. The charge for Overseas Delivery is calculated by the approximate weight of the package, which is calculated during the Checkout process. Our Worldwide Delivery charges are as follows;
0 to 250 Grams £3.50
251 to 400 Grams £6.00
401 to 800 Grams £12.00
801 to 1500 Grams £15.00
1.5 to 3.00 Kilos £20.00
3 to 10.00 Kilos £25.00

We comply fully with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You are required to notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you intend returning the goods. We do however offer a full refund if the goods are returned to ourselves within a 14 day period but please note only unused/unsoiled goods that are returned to ourselves in the condition sent with all original tags and packaging intact will be eligible for a refund.
Customers are expected to return the order securely at their own expense. We recommend the use of a traceable service. Having been properly notified we must receive the order back no later than 14 calendar days after the customer signed for the original delivery. We take no responsibility for goods returned until they are received by us.
Once the return arrives it will be processed and refunded within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange on return items. If you need a different size/if the item is not suitable please re-buy the size/item needed online and request a return in the requested manner for the unwanted item and follow the above return process to send the item back to ourselves.
