SportySwim will aim to Dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day. But we commit that they will be Disptached within 1 working day of cleared payment.
For UK Deliveries we offer FREE Postage & Packaging via our Economy Option which is Royal Mail Second Class. You can select to have you Items Dispatched 1st Class or via Registered Next Day Guaranteed Delivery subject to an additional charge and you can also select a Next Day via our Courier, UPS. Multiple item orders are subject to a small charge per item.

For our Economy Delivery most items should arrive within 3-5 working days after posting and First Class items should arrive from 1-3 days. However, delivery times should be used as a guide only.
SportySwim deliver Worldwide via Royal Mail and UPS. Royal Mail deliveries can take from 3-5 Business Days in some areas to up to 5-10 Business Days in others. This service is not recommended for Deliveries to South America or Africa and ask that customers from these Areas select our UPS options.
Our standard UPS Tracked Service will deliver to the EU and Mainland Europe within 2-4 Business Days.
Our Express International Postage option, will deliver Next Business Day to virtually all European Areas, end of 2nd Business day to the US/Canada, and 2/3 Business Days to Asia. Other areas will have a day specific delivery at 3/4 days.

Notification of your intention to Return must be made within 28 days of receipt of your goods and received back by SportySwim within 35 days. Customers purchasing goods throughout November and early December have until the 15th January to notify and return goods to ourselves. All Items must be unused with all packaging and labels/tags attached.
We have teamed up with Royal Mail to provide a simple returns process for our UK customers.

Follow the simple instructions to print your returns label. Simply attach the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Returns Label to the outside of the packaging and drop off at your local Post Office Branch. There is a £3.00 charge for using this service (unless an error has been made by ourselves or there is a fault with the product) which will be deducted from your refund. If you do not have access to print a label, you can still visit the above Royal Mail Link and follow the instructions before visiting your local Post Office Branch and dropping off your item.
You can also use any alternative postage method but please note the customer is responsible for all costs and we recommend using a traceable service as we cannot be held responsible until the item is received by us. Please return to;

SportySwim retail on Amazon and Ebay. These sites have their own Returns platforms which we are happy for you to use. But please note, the labels provided by these sites are not pre-paid.
We always aim to process your refund on the day the item arrives with us, however, during busy periods please allow up to 14 days for processing.

We do not offer an exchange on return items. If you need a different size/item if the original is not suitable, please re-buy the size/item needed via our Website or Trading Platform.
